Please note that restoring it to the factory settings will clear all usage data, including information about added sub-devices.
1.The hub needs to be plugged into a power outlet. 2.To ensure a stable connection with accessories, it is recommended to install the hub in a central location. 3.Avoid metal obstacles and load-bearing walls between the hub and its accessories, and between the hub and the router.
When the hub alarms, this operation can remove the alarm; when the hub plays ringtone, this operation can stop playing; besides, this operation can turn on/off the night light.
1.Zigbee accessories can only connect to the Aqara Home app via a hub. Select the hub to pair with while connected to the Aqara Home app. 2.If you want to connect a Zigbee accessory to a different hub, please delete it from the homepage in the Aqara Home app first. Then add it again and select the hub you want to pair it with. You can view the list of accessories paired with the hub in the plug-in of the hub.
1.This hub supports up to 32 Zigbee end devices. 2.If you want to add more Zigbee end devices, you can add a Zigbee router to the hub first, and then add further Zigbee end devices. The Zigbee router has extending functionality. After expansion, the hub can support up to 128 Zigbee accessories. 3. Among the Zigbee products of the Aqara and Mijia brands, the product powered by the neutral and live wires is a router, and the product powered by the live wire or by the battery is an end device. Each router can extend to support 16 end devices.
The effective distance range between a accessory and the hub varies depending on the actual indoor environment. For household use, the distance between a accessory and the hub should be no more than 10 meters and there should be no more than two walls between them.
After successfully connecting a Zigbee accessory, try to trigger the accessory before installing it, to see if the accessory's status is updated in the app. Otherwise, refer to the method on how to verify the connection between the accessory and the hub (press reset button for most accessories). The hub will beep twice to indicate that the accessory is within effective range.
1.It may be placed too far from the hub or there may be metal obstacles in between, try moving it closer to the hub. 2.The battery may be depleted, and needs to be replaced. Note: In order to achieve an optimal experience, please update the hub's firmware in time to ensure compatibility and a stable communication between devices.
You can view the device logs to identify different devices. When adding devices, it is recommended to categorize devices based on their installation location or intended use and rename them via the app.
After adding the hub to the Apple Home app, you also need to set up a HomePod, Apple TV (tvOS 11.0 or above), or iPad (iOS 12.0 or above) in order to control the hub remotely. Please refer to Apple Home app notifications for specific operations.
When the hub is added to the Apple Home app, only accessories that support HomeKit are displayed in the Apple Home app. Devices without "Works with Apple HomeKit" authorization cannot access HomeKit.
Click "Automation" on the homepage of the app, then click "+" in the upper right corner of the page, then add the trigger device and conditions in "IF", and then add the execution device and the execution result in "THEN". A scene is a collection of multiple automations and can also be used as the execution result of the automation. For example, you need to set the motion sensor to trigger the light to turn on when it detects someone: click the "+" in the upper right corner of the automation page, select the motion sensor in "IF"> someone moves, and select the light in "THEN" > turn on. And then, you complete the automation settings.
1. According to the characteristics of automations, the execution methods are divided into the cloud method and the local method. It can be viewed in Automation> More settings (three dots in the upper right corner)> Execution method. 2. The automation of cloud execution needs to rely on the network to upload the signal sensed by the trigger device to the cloud, and the cloud then sends the corresponding control command to the execution device. Therefore, once the hub is disconnected from the network, automation cannot be executed. 3. In the automation of local execution, the trigger device will send the sensed signal to the hub, and the hub will send the corresponding control command to the execution device through Zigbee or LAN. So even if the router cannot connect to the external network, as long as the communication connection between the hub and the execution device is normal, automation can still be executed.
You can scan the QR code to connect Aqara Smart Camera G2H (Hub) to the network. After the device is powered on, please open the app and connect the device to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, according to the voice prompt. Then, the QR code is generated, and you can scan the QR code through the G2H lens for the network connection.
1. The distance between the device and the wireless router is too far away or there are many obstacles in the middle. When the Wi-Fi signal is weak, the network connection may be unsuccessful. Please use a Wi-Fi signal amplifier to relay the signal or move the router close to a place where the device can receive the Wi-Fi signal well 2. When the wrong Wi-Fi information is entered, the network connection cannot be completed. Please enter the correct information and try again.
The hub of Aqara Smart Camera G2H (Hub) can be connected with Aqara's other smart sensors and controllers, such as door and window sensor, motion sensor, smart plug, wireless switch and other devices. Through the hub function, you can control these smart devices by app. The hub is the data interaction and control center of the entire home smart devices.
The hub of Aqara Smart Camera G2H (Hub) can be connected through the ZigBee 3.0 protocol, and it can directly support 32 Zigbee terminal devices at most.
Aqara Smart Camera G2H (Hub) supports MicroSD card in FAT32 format, whose reading and writing speed is Class 4 or above. It is recommended to choose the MicroSD card with reading and writing speed of Class10 or above, which supports the maximum capacity of 32GB.
Aqara Smart Camera G2H (Hub) can record high-definition video by default. 8G memory card can record video for 18 hours; 16G memory card can record video for 36 hours; 32G memory card can record video for about 3 days.
1. Some knockoffs of small-capacity memory cards pretend to be sold as large-capacity cards; 2. After some devices have been tested, the MicroSD cards could be maliciously partitioned, and the devices can only read the partition partially; 3. Because the manufacturer's capacity formula is different (the actual measurement unit of normal capacity is 1024KB=1MB, and the manufacturer measurement unit is 1000KB=1MB.), the actual capacity will be slightly smaller than that on the nameplate.
The correlation event means that Aqara Smart Camera G2H (Hub) can be correlated with devices in the same home, such as when door and window sensor is triggered, after detecting human motion, the hub can help locate the time position of the event in the recording area. The maximum number of correlation events is 100. Set a correlation event: click the app > "Correlation events" in the lower right corner > select the trigger device for the correlation event > select the color > save.
There is no limit to the number of clients, and it is recommended that 4 users watch at the same time at most, because the more clients the hub is connected with, the more resources the processor consumes (too many client connections will cause real-time image to freeze, delay, etc.)
After adding the device to the Apple Home app, you need to install a HomePod, Apple TV (tvOS 11.0 or later) or an iPad (iOS 12.0 or later) that has been set as the home center to realize remote control. For specific operations, please refer to the Apple Home app instructions.
The bracket base of Aqara Smart Camera G2H (Hub) contains two powerful magnets, which support magnetic attraction on refrigerators, iron door and other objects, and can also be stuck to non-magnetic attraction objects by using the 3M tape and iron pieces in the accessories. Please use them to install the bracket.
Enter the app, click on the “...” in the upper right corner > More settings > Camera settings > Video settings > Image inversion, and correct the video image by adjusting it up and down or left and right.

Aqara Presence Sensor FP2 can detect the presence or absence of people, falls, entries, exits, approaching, going away and illuminance, and supports real-time tracking of multiple targets and zone settings.
The detection area facilitates users to configure zone automation. 320 cells are provided, so that users may freely select the zones as the trigger areas of automation events, such as setting the sofa, bathroom, study, and dining table. Once the zone is set, it will be added to the automation conditions; 30 zones are supported at most.
The stickers are mainly used to facilitate user reference so that users know more accurately where the target is located. The stickers only affect the user's subjective judgment and do not affect the device's detection performance.
FP2 uses millimeter-wave technology, which is sensitive to moving objects. The more marks set, the more accurate detection the sensor can make. 1) Interference: Living and office spaces often have moving targets such as curtains, fans, green plants moved by wind, and clothes hanging. If the sensor faces these objects, a false alarm may easily occur, so it needs to be marked as an interference source. Currently, the interference source marking is mainly for objects with smaller emission signals, such as green plants and running water. 2) Edge: The setting of the edge is mainly used to counteract false targets caused by a wall or other object reflection signals. The area outside the wall is also suggested to be set as the edge. 3) Entrance and Exit: It can accelerate target creation and deletion speed and improve the user experience.
When used in daily household environments, it is recommended that the distance between the FP2 and the hub should not exceed 20 meters, and they should be under the same AP. There shall be no more than two walls between them.
1) After binding successfully, if the device homepage can display a small icon of a person, and the motion path is consistent with yours, it represents that the device may normally report the location data. (Note: There will be a delay in device display, due to the communication between the device and the server.) 2) If absence detected within 30 seconds after leaving the detection area, it means that the current installation position of the device can meet the main requirements. The quicker it is, the fewer interference there are, and the easier it is to make a correct judgement. If absence event takes a long time or not reported, it represents that there are some interference in the space; the environment may be checked, and the position may be changed. 3) When it is installed, please avoid moving objects and moving objects within a certain period to avoid false alarms.
It may be too far away from the Wi-Fi router or there are metal obstacles in between. You can try to move it closer to the router and avoid metal obstacles. Note: To achieve a better experience, please upgrade the device firmware in a timely manner to ensure compatibility and stable communication between devices.
After setting up the zone, the automation condition will add zone detection, which supports zone automation. For example, if you set up a sofa area, you want to set up the light to turn on when entering the sofa zone: Click the "+ " in the upper right corner of the automation page, select FP2> Zone Detection> Zone > Enter in the "IF" section, and select the light> Light in the "Then" section to complete the automation setting.
When wall-mounted, the horizontal detection angle is 120 degrees, and the radial distance is about 8 meters. When ceiling-mounted at a height of 2.8 meters, it can cover a radius of 2 meters.
Users can configure automation for approaching the sensors or zones, such as turning on the light when approaching the zone. The three levels of distance represent 1 meter, 2 meters, and 3 meters, respectively. After setting it up, entering this threshold from a distance will trigger an approaching event, and leaving this threshold from a close distance will trigger a going-away event.
Aqara smoke alarms use the principle of scattering of light by smoke particles. When the smoke concentration is higher, the more pronounced the scattering is and the stronger the photocurrent generated, thus triggering a fire alarm.
Aqara smoke alarm can be used alone, only local sound and light alarm when not connected to the gateway, and remote alarm and intelligent linkage when connected to ZigBee gateway.

The Smart Wall Switch H1 (With Neutral, Single/Double/Triple Rocker) Because the switch is connected to the neutral line and the live line, there is no minimum load requirement. However, the maximum load of the total channels cannot exceed 2200W.
The Smart Wall Switch H1 (No Neutral, Single/Double/Triple Rocker) Under normal circumstances, each channel can load a minimum of 3W energy-saving light or 5W LED light or 16W fluorescent light. However, for some niche brands or poor-quality lights, even if the power is greater than the above requirements due to the internal circuit design, it may cause abnormalities, such as light flashes and switch freezes. Please choose carefully.
Warm reminder: If it is an old-style light with a starter, please replace it with the electronic starter.

First, by using the Smart Wall Switch H1 in combination with a wireless switch, it is very easy to achieve dual-control / multi-control. The wireless switch can be placed at most positions of your home to coordinately control the Smart Wall Switch H1;
Second, if the original switches are dual-control ones, only replace one of them with the Smart Wall Switch H1, keep the other ordinary switch short circuit, and replace it with a wireless switch. Otherwise, when the other end powers off, the ZigBee communication module of the Smart Wall Switch H1 cannot power on, so it cannot be controlled automatically.

First, by using the Smart Wall Switch H1 in combination with a wireless switch, it is very easy to achieve dual-control / multi-control. The wireless switch can be placed at most positions of your home to coordinately control the Smart Wall Switch H1;

The size of nuts of the thermostat is [M30*1.5mm], and the accessories include: adaptors for the three types of valves (RA, RAV, RAVL), please refer to the operation manual for the installation method.
Every time after the thermostat is powered on, the installation state will be activated ([F11] interface), and it is suggested that the thermostat should be installed on the valve within 5 minutes, after the installation is complete, press the key three times successively to carry out valve calibration, or proceed with networking in accordance with the operation manual, and then carry out valve calibration after the networking is complete. *Reminder: if installation is not complete within 10 min after power-on, please first remove the battery, then put the battery back, and power on for installation.
Because the push rods of different valves have different strokes, it is necessary to carry out calibration of the valve before installation, so that the open/close stroke of the valve can be adaptable, which is an important step to make sure of correct temperature control. After power-on, it is suggested that the thermostat should be installed on the valve within 5 min. You may press the key three times successively to carry out the valve calibration, or do the same with the Aqara Home app.
Possible causes: A. The battery is reversed, so please reinstall the battery (note: wait 30 sec before reinstalling the battery, after the battery is removed). B. Battery power is low. Please replace the battery. C. Product failure. Please contact the vendor for repair or replacement of the product. *Reminder: if the thermostat automatically shuts down, it may be caused by low battery power. In that case, it is suggested that the battery should be replaced.
When networked, the Aqara Temperature & Humidity Sensor should be placed in the same room with the thermostat, 2-3 meters away from the thermostat, but it should not be placed too close to windows. *Reminder: the Aqara Temperature & Humidity Sensor is supported only if it is networked under the same hub.
The thermostat has a built-in temperature sensor, which is used to detect the temperature around the radiator and provide auxiliary temperature control. You can also use the Connect the Temperature Sensor function with the Aqara Home app to network with the Aqara Temperature & Humidity Sensor, to get a better temperature control experience.
Once a temperature value is manually set, the thermostat will regulate and keep the temperature with reference to the set temperature. For instance, under the manual mode, if the Smart Schedule is enabled, the temperature regulation will be performed in accordance with the temperature regulation plan of the Smart Schedule.
In case of prolonged travel in winter (e.g. tourism or business trip), the anti-freeze mode can be enabled to avoid freezing of water pipes due to low temperature, in which case low-temperature operation will be active.
You may set the smart temperature control plan for a day, and activate the plan, then the thermostat will automatically regulate the temperature according to the plan. If the temperature in a certain time frame of the original plan becomes inappropriate due to abrupt weather changes (e.g. sudden rise in outdoor temperature), you may not need to shut down the smart schedule, but can manually regulate the temperature of the current time frame, without creating an impact on the temperature planning of the subsequent time frame, to cope with the sudden changes of weather conditions more flexibly.
When the indoor temperature plunges in a short time, the system will remind the user that it may be resulted from the opening of doors or windows, and will simultaneously close the valve for 30 min to avoid energy waste. You can also set up networking with the Aqara Door and Window Sensor through the Automation function, in order to get a more precise experience of window-open detection.
You can enable/disable the Valve Detection function on the settings page. In order to prevent the prolonged low-temperature or high-temperature state of room temperature from becoming uncomfortable, the thermostat will remind the user of temperature control abnormality when it detects that the room temperature can't reach the set temperature, after heating is started, for the following possible causes: A. The thermostat is not installed correctly. It is suggested that you should remove the battery and put it back 30 sec later, then reinstall the thermostat and calibrate it again, and further wait for a period of time, and then observe whether the fault is eliminated. B. The room temperature is significantly higher than the set temperature due to the incorrect temperature setting. It is suggested that you should re-set the temperature again, wait for a period of time, and then observe whether the fault is eliminated. C. Valve failure. Please replace the valve, reinstall the thermostat, and carry out valve calibration. D. The room is too large (the radiator is not matching) or there is too much ventilation in the room. It is suggested that you should replace the radiator or test whether the room door or window is opened or leaking air. E. The inlet water pressure or inlet water temperature is too low. Please check the inlet water pressure and inlet water temperature. F. Upon networking with the temperature sensors, no linkage is established with the temperature sensor in the same room, or the distance from the temperature sensor to the radiator is remote (it is recommended that the temperature sensor should be placed in the same room with the thermostat, for a distance of 2-3m from the thermostat).
Possible causes: A. The thermostat is not correctly installed. Remove the valve from the thermostat, withdraw the battery and wait for 30 sec, then put the battery back, and reinstall the thermostat, and carry out valve calibration when the device's screen displays the [F11] installation interface (you can press the key three times successively to carry out valve calibration, or do the same with the Aqara Home app). B. Valve failure. After replacing the malfunctioning valve, reinstall the valve and carry out valve calibration according to the above step.
Possible causes: A. Valve failure. After replacing the valve, withdraw the battery and wait for 30 sec, then put the battery back, and reinstall the thermostat, and carry out valve calibration. B. The water inlet temperature of the radiator is low. Please contact professional technicians to overhaul the hot-water pipeline.
Possible causes: A. The thermostat is not networked with the Aqara Home app. Please carry out re-networking. B. The thermostat is too far from the hub, or there are multiple barriers in between. Please adjust the distance, or provide more hubs. C. Battery power is low. Please replace the battery.
Possible causes: A. Battery power is low. Please replace the battery. B. Too much ventilation in the room, which results in excessive heat loss. Please check whether the room door or window is opened or leaking air. C. Check the installation position of the networked temperature sensor, and verify whether the networked temperature sensor is remote from the thermostat (greater than the range of 2-3 m) or placed too close to any ventilation spot (such as a door or window).
Possible causes: A. The networked device (temperature sensor) is offline, malfunctioning, or abnormally networked, etc. Please check the networked device, or carry out re-networking.
The sustainability of the battery depends on the user's temperature regulation frequency and the power-on/power-off frequency of the thermostat. In winter, it is suggested that you should not frequently power on and off the thermostat, to reduce the use frequency of the motor. In the summer season, when heating is suspended, it is suggested that you should power off the thermostat to reduce the loss of the battery's power capacity.
You can organize multiple thermostats in a room into a group to realize collective temperature regulation, power-on/off, mode switching, and create automation. This function only supports device control, and doesn't support device status synchronization.
U-rail, requirements: Bottom slot width ≤ 8 mm, and the bottom surface should be kept flat with no protrusions. I-rail, requirements: Bottom width ≥ 10 mm, and the bottom surface should be kept flat with no protrusions and the circular arc bottom surface is not supported. Caution: There must be no protrusions or steps on the rail caused by installing connecting devices.
The curtain driver of the rod version supports rods with a diameter of 25–32 mm and a smooth surface, and extendable telescopic rods are not supported. Types of curtains: Compatible with grommet curtains and ring top curtains. Please note: The main unit of the Curtain Driver E1 (Rod Version) can also support U- and I-Rails. However, fot better performance and compatibility with I-Rails, we suggest using Curtain Driver E1 (Track Version) as it has I-Rail accessories included.
The maximum bearing capacity is 12 kg with U-rails and rods, and about 8 kg with I-rails. The actual bearing capacity will be affected by factors such as wear of curtain rings, aging of rails and dirtiness.
After the curtain driver is clasped in place, the buzzer will beep twice. When you view from the side, the body of the curtain driver should be perpendicular to the bottom of the guide rail, and the drive wheel should not be stuck in the U-rail groove. You may shake the curtains gently by hand. If the position and posture of the curtains can't be changed easily, it shows that the curtain driver is clasped in place.
Check whether the "Open/close curtains manually" function of the curtains has been enabled on the Aqara Home app. Then try to pull the curtain driver in the opposite direction for a distance (about 10 cm) and try again. If you feel it's hard to pull the curtains by hand, you can pull the second or third fold of the curtains.
Press and hold the Set button for 5 seconds, and release it until the indicator blinks orange rapidly and the buzzer beeps. Then, the indicator keeps blinking orange rapidly, which indicates that the curtain driver has been reset successfully.
This may happen due to any of the following reasons: The fully charged curtain driver will deviate from the original route if reinstalled, and it is necessary to set the route for the curtain driver again; The curtain driver is not fully clasped in place (the drive wheel is not fully attached to the guide rail); Please confirm whether there is any foreign object on the curtain rail; Please reset the route for the curtain driver in the Aqara Home app and try again; The curtain driver has insufficient power; Please make sure that there are no protrusions or steps on the rail caused by installing connecting devices; Please make sure that the hanging rings of the curtain driver are in normal condition, and there is no deformation caused by poor-quality materials, such as the rings being pulled apart.
The curtains will stop, but it may cause damage to the curtain due to the strong strength of the curtain driver drive wheel. Please reset the route for the curtain driver after you stop the curtains by pulling.

When the control module is installed in the pattress, it is recommended to paste the antenna on the side wall of the plastic cassette and keep it parallel to the wall; if the switch panel bracket is made of plastic, it is recommended that the antenna is no more than 10mm away from the wall; if the switch panel bracket is made of metal, then it is recommended that the antenna should be more than 15mm away from the wall (metal bracket); in addition, the antenna should be as far away as possible from the main unit of the control module and the AC cable (the recommended distance is more than 15mm). If it is installed in a metal pattress, it is recommended to install the antenna on the plastic switch panel, but it needs sufficient space on the panel. If it is installed on the ceiling or inside the light, the antenna should avoid to be pasted on the metal, and also should avoid too much shielding.

Both are smart wall switches with the same main functions. However, the former needs to be connected to the neutral wire and the live wire, and the latter only needs to be connected to the live wire for the power supply. You can choose based on the lighting wiring design of your home.
The wall switch needs to be connected to the wire. The most important function is to remotely and intelligently control the power of the connected circuit. To transform the ordinary electric light into a smart light, the wall switch is required; the wireless switch is a controller that can control wall switches and other devices via the app but cannot directly control non-smart lights independently.
Lights such as smart lights, color-changing lights, gradient lights, remote control lights and light strips, and high-power appliances such as bathroom heater are not supported.
Normally, the live wire is red, the neutral wire is black or blue, and the lamp load wire is generally green or yellow. A test by a professional electrician with professional tools such as electric pens should be performed before installation.
In the case of an incorrect connection, the wall switch may not work normally, and the switch may burn out in severe cases. Please strictly follow the wiring instructions, or hire a professional electrician for installation.
①Since the Smart Wall Switch (With Neutral, Single/Double Rocker) is connected to the neutral wire and the live wire, there is no minimum load requirement. ②For the Smart Wall Switch (No Neutral, Single/Double Rocker), normally each load can support 3W energy-saving lamps, LED lamps or 16W fluorescent lamps at least. However, for some lamps of small brands or lamps with poor materials, due to the internal circuit design of the lamps, even if the power is greater than the above requirements, it may cause abnormal phenomena such as lamp flicker and switch crashes. Please choose the lamp carefully. *Please note: If it is an old-fashioned tube lamp with a starter, please replace the electronic starter.
When the power of the lamp connected to the Smart Wall Switch H1 EU (No Neutral Version) is lower than the minimum power requirement, sometimes it will flicker when the switch is turned off. In addition, lamps of mainstream brand works better with Smart Wall Switch H1 EU (No Neutral Version) and some lamps of small brands or copycat manufacturers may flicker or cause the switch to crash due to the poor internal circuit design and material problems. Please choose the lamps properly.
Firstly, by using the Smart Wall Switch H1 EU with the Wireless Remote Switch, dual-/multi-control functions can be used very easily. The Wireless Remote Switch can be put in most places in your home to control the Smart Wall Switch via smart automation; secondly, if the original switches in your home are dual-controllers and you only replace one of the switches with the Smart Wall Switch H1 EU, please keep the other ordinary switch short-circuited and replace it with a wireless switch, otherwise, the Zigbee communication module of Smart Wall Switch can not be powered when the other switch is powered off and the switch cannot be controlled intelligently.

1. The equivalent capacity of a standard single battery out of the doorbell factory is about 2900 mAh. When you replace it with a new battery, please choose the battery with a capacity not less than 2900 mAh. 2. If connected with HomeKit, the doorbell will record video if it is triggered and there’s motion detected until the motion ends, which may consume more power and shorten the battery life compared to using the doorbell in Aqara Home only. 3. If the loitering detection interval is configured too short, the doorbell may be frequently triggered, which may shorten the battery life. 4. Battery life can be shortened by using new and old batteries together, using other non-LR6 batteries or non-1.5V batteries. 5. If the doorbell is far away from the repeater (more than Max. 5 meters), or there is too much wireless interference in the surroundings, the doorbell will need to increase the transmission power for communication, which will result in the higher power consumption and shorten the battery life. 6. In the Power Saving Mode, the PIR detection function is turned off, and the doorbell can only be triggered by pressing the bell, remotely viewing video in the app, etc., which will greatly extend the doorbell life.
1. There might be factors in the surroundings of the doorbell causing the false-triggering of PIR (e.g. thermal disturbances due to big gaps of temperature within the detection range, such as hot air blowing continuously). In this case, please lower the sensitivity or temporarily switch to the Power Saving Mode (PIR function will be turned off.). 2. If the loitering detection interval is too long, the person detected may have left out of the monitoring field when the video recording starts. In this case, please shorten the detection interval.
1. The doorbell can use AA batteries or rechargeable lithium batteries with 1.5V discharge voltage. If NiMH batteries with 1.2V output voltage are used, the electricity statistics will be inaccurate. LR6 alkaline AA batteries are recommended. 2. It is recommended to replace 6 new batteries of the same model at a time. If new and old batteries or different batteries are mixed to use, the battery life will be shortened.
1. Check whether the Power Saving Mode is enabled. If enabled, the video recording can only be triggered by pressing the doorbell or remotely viewing video in the app. PIR can work if switched to the normal mode. 2. Check whether the video recording of loitering detection is turned on. 3. Check whether the loitering detection interval is too long.
Please check whether the distance between the doorbell and the repeater is out of the allowable range, or other Wi-Fi co-frequency interference sources are surrounded, if yes, you can improve the connection by adjusting the position of the repeater or modifying the Wi-Fi channel.
Please ensure that the indicator light switch is turned off. If the doorbell is connected to HomeKit, please turn off the indicator light switch in Apple "Home" app to ensure the synchronization.
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi protocol can be applied between the doorbell and the repeater, and between repeater and the router. The doorbell cannot bind with other child devices directly. To work with other Aqara child devices, an Aqara hub is required.
The screws on the back plate are designed to be immovable to avoid the screws falling off and missing during disassembly of the doorbell. Do not pull out the screw forcibly.
Although the doorbell does not have the hub function, the localization of some doorbell functions can still be realized, such as playing a customized ringtone on the repeater after pressing the doorbell.
1. The face recognition function is turned off by default. You can open the device settings page - More Settings - Detection - Face Recognition, turn the function on and set the relevant parameters. 2. The sensitivity of face recognition is medium by default. If it cannot detect any face even if the function is enabled, please adjust to the high sensitivity. 3. Please check whether the light surrounding the doorbell is good. Face recognition ratio can be lowered under backlight, dim light. In addition, it can be affected by infrared night vision, starting image distortion calibration.
The face recognition has two functions of face capture and face matching, both of which are performed locally on the device. However, to display and mark the face, it needs to connect to the cloud server. When the doorbell is disconnected from the router, it will not affect the face capture and matching, nor affect the local execution of automations related to face recognition. However, the newly captured face image after the doorbell disconnected from the router cannot be displayed on the app.
It is the ambient temperature of the doorbell detected by the high and low temperature alarm. It will alarm before the battery fails due to the impact caused by ambient temperature.
The doorbell relies on the Wi-Fi transmitted by the repeater for connection, and has one-to-one binding configuration with the repeater before leaving the factory. User cannot unbind the doorbell and the repeater.
PIR detection sensitivity is divided into high and low levels. When moving horizontally (90° to the PIR detection direction), PIR can detect about 4 meters with high sensitivity, and about 2 meters with low sensitivity. When moving vertically (parallel to the PIR detection direction), the detection distance will be shortened. PIR horizontal detection angle is 120°, and vertical detection angle is 80°
You can quickly press the button on the top of the camera three times to initiate ZigBee end device connection. G2H Pro support ZigBee 3.0 protocol and can connect 128 end devices at most.

After the gesture recognition is enabled, it will consume more hardware computing resources, so the face, human shape and pet recognition and other automations related to PTZ are not available. If you disable gesture recognition, other AI functions are available.
Gesture recognition function can be used as the execution condition of automatic control. It can achieve the linkage control of accessory by making a specified static gesture in front of the camera. It is the behavior initiated by the user, and it is not reported as an alarm event or recorded video.
1.Face recognition can be used as the condition of family alert or automatic execution to realize the functions of reporting alarm information and triggering execution automation when detecting unfamiliar or marked faces. 2.Using face recognition for the first time, the Aqara Home APP will guide users to add and synchronize face information to the camera. Face information is stored in the cloud server in the unit of family. Users can synchronize face information to multiple G3 cameras to realize batch operation, and can also add and import faces in the app's setting option. Users can delete face information on their own initiative, and all uploaded face information will be cleared after reset.
The related processes of AI functions(including face, human shape, gesture and pet recognition) will be stopped to ensure the upgrade speed and performance, so the above AI functions are disabled until the upgrade is completed.
Gesture, face, human and pet recognition algorithms all rely on image color information. In night vision mode, the video is gray image, which will affect the effect of AI recognition. It is recommended to experience them only in color mode.
Aqara Camera Hub G3 applies the variable bitrate technology to ensure the 2K Full HD video under various working conditions, and the maximal bitrate is 3.5Mbps when the camera is rotating. To ensure smooth remote viewing, the uplink and downlink bandwidth are required to be higher than that bitrate.
The manual adjustment to the position of the PTZ in the power-on state will lead to the position memory disturbance of the camera. The PTZ can be rotated to the limit position after clicking the one-button PTZ calibration in the Settings - PTZ Settings.
The minimum screen size of the code scanning terminal (such as mobile phone and pad) supported by the camera is 4.7 inches, with the name and password of WLAN of up to 32 ASCII characters (numbers, letters, special symbols), and the best code scanning distance between the QR code and the camera is 8-20cm.

The keyboard will not be locked due to successive password/fingerprint/NFC verification failures by default for now. However, it will be locked down in the future OTA. Within these few minutes, the lock can be controlled through apps (Aqara Home/Apple Home/Google Home/Alexa) OR unlocked with a mechanical key. After a few minutes, all verification functions return to normal. You also can change the setting through Aqara Home app.
The mechanical key is usually used for emergency situations when the lock cannot be unlocked by normal verification methods (fingerprint/password/mobile app/NFC/HomeKey). It is recommended to keep the key in your car or office, just in case.
The Aqara Smart Door Lock U100 supports up to 75 passwords at the same time, including ordinary and temporary periodic passwords. In addition, up to 8 sets of one-time passwords can be generated per hour.
6- to 10-digit lock passwords are supported. Phantom passwords are supported, up to a total of 20 digits (including 6-10 digits of a lock password). The phantom password function adds arbitrary numbers before or after a lock password to prevent peeping from intruders when you enter the password.
Yes, a periodic password for a specified timespan (e.g. 10am-2pm) and a specified period (e.g. every Monday) can be set up with the Aqara Home app, when the app is connected to the lock via Bluetooth OR remotely (hub required). This type of password can unlock the door during a designated time period.

It takes seven times to collect a complete fingerprint. Please fully press the finger on the identification area and try to change the input angle according to the voice/Aqara Home app prompts (avoid repeated inputs at the same angle). For a better unlocking experience, it is recommended to enter the print of the thumb of the commonly used hand.

If repeated failure results in fingerprint verification being locked out, use a password, delete the old fingerprint on the Aqara Home app, and set up a new one. Multiple groups of fingerprints can be set to avoid verification failure due to problems on a single finger.
The fingerprint module unlocks after identifying, comparing, and verifying the collected fingerprint pattern. The success rates of fingerprint unlocking are affected by an elder's serious fingerprint wear and children's shallow/incomplete fingerprint patterns. Password and NFC/HomeKey are recommended in such cases.
